Procore is looking for a Solutions Engineer, Enterprise to serve as a technical subject matter expert and champion throughout the sales cycle. You’ll partner with our Account Executive teams helping to articulate Procore’s overall value proposition.As a Solutions Engineer, Enterprise and trusted customer advocate, you’ll help organisations understand best practices around construction project management solutions and the many benefits they can provide. You’ll work in a highly collaborative, creative, and driven environment that values openness, optimism, and ownership.This role will report to our Director of Solutions Consulting, APAC and has the opportunity to work from our Sydney Office or remote within Australia. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.What you’ll do:Own pre-sales technical support of prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration and closeCraft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Procore platformParticipate in technical demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources, both internal and externalWork with Sales team to close new business by addressing prospects’ technical challengesEnable new Account Executives for success by transforming them into Procore experts through training and supportCollaborate with fellow team members as well as internal/external stakeholders to meet project milestonesWork across all levels of the organisation to develop best practices and connect prospects and clients with Product Managers and Marketing to further client success and Procore’s evolution as a market leaderWhat we’re looking for:Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent work experience5+ years of construction industry expertise as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, VDC Manager, IT Solutions Manager, etc. OR pre-sales experience in the AEC (Architecture Engineering Construction) industryPrevious experience working with sales teams providing pre-sales technical support for prospects and partners from initial contact through product demonstration to closeAbility to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologiesAbility to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projectsOutstanding presentation and communication skills via in-person and virtual meetings, direct message, email, etc.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesise meaningful information from ambiguous dataExperience acting as a technology evangelist and promoter of modernising the Construction industry is a plusUnderstanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, etc.) a plus
