• Represent the Supply Chain function in business process evaluation, procedural development, systems requirements definition and systems functional design
• Work with the business users, project stakeholders and project team on the requirement gathering, process adherence and other key activities in the scope finalization of the M&A and red listed projects
• Work with the Business Manager to analyze all potential opportunities to enhance, improve and refine the requirements gathering processes
• Establish and report on metrics of assigned projects to gauge business value (ROI)
• Audits and evaluates implemented projects (systems/processes, for example) to support continuous improvement opportunities

• 8+ years of hands-on Business Analyst experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Possesses a strong Supply Chain knowledge base
• MS Office proficiency
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• ERP experience, preferably SAP
