• Defines customer needs in technical and business contexts
• Ensures the proposed technical and business solutions meet the customer's objectives for the work effort
• Elicits and document user requirements to meet a business objective
• Identifies and validates requirements and organizes the information into a logical document that is understood by the customer and information systems

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 2 years of IT business analysis experience
• Experience with:
  • Microsoft Office
  • VISIO
  • Process improvements
  • Test plans
  • Data mining
  • SQL

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration OR other job-related field
