Provides support and escalation path for internal consumers of wireless and other off-net services.Works cross-functionally with Provisioning, Maintenance, and Network Planning toward ensuring strategic objectives are achieved and maximizing profitability in the market.Partners with Product Management to identify NexGen wireless solutions and support Lumen’s evolving wireless needs.Create potential strategies/solutions that address requirements and assess the pros and cons of each. Including cost implications, complexity, strategic road map and operational implications.Education of vendor processes, documentation, systems and tools across Service Assurance, Service Delivery, Grooms, and others.Alignment and support of Vendor Escalation and Vendor Performance Management initiatives.Supports corporate initiatives toward Best in Class customer service and Industry Leading Intervals.

What We Look For in a CandidateBachelor Degree in Business, Finance or Telecommunications5+ years of relevant experience in a similar roleExcellent communications, interpersonal skills, and problem solving abilities, and the capacity to build strong cross-departmental business relationships.Knowledgeable in the technical, product, pricing and NextGen aspects of the wireless industry.Operational experience in telecommunications, specifically wireless Provisioning, Planning, Marketing, Project Management, Account Management, and Contract Management.Business and financial acumen, must be self-motivated, adaptive to change and results-oriented.Proficient in interpreting terms and conditions of contracts and tariffs, and ability to use that knowledge to solve problems and create opportunities.Proven experience in negotiating MSAs and SLAs, and vetting new vendors.Capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects and issues at the same time.Strong customer service focus.What to Expect NextRequisition #: 329709When applying for a position, you may be subject to a background screen (criminal records check, motor vehicle report, and/or drug screen), depending on the requirements for the position.
