Piper Companies is seeking an Information technology and security professional to fill a Sr. Cyber Security Analyst Position for a well-known company that specializes in the industrial services. The role is based near Charlotte, NC and would operate on a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities for the Sr. Cyber Security Analyst: • Interact with teams across different departments to research and log incidents. • Monitor security information and event management system and react appropriately. • Resolve issues that are found using monitoring tools and it service management software. • Collaborate with it and infrastructure teams for exposure technology and its potential to detect threats. Qualifications for the Sr. Cyber Security Analyst: • 5-7 years of experience in an Information Technology field and least 3 years of cyber security experience preferred. • Must be comfortable identifying and rectifying security related issues across multiple platforms. • In depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network security issues and how to escalate and resolve them.
