Sr. Global Product Manager

Cricut’s Software Product Management team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and vision of how to interact with our design software in the design space platform and scale those interactions to common use cases that our members can easily use day to day. The ideal candidate will help drive the evolution of the backend of our platform along with core functionality surrounding our canvas and it’s architecture. This entails collaborating on the roadmap and strategy for canvas interactions and architecture to support usability of our Design Space Content.Responsibilities: As a Product Manager, you are responsible for the following:Define, share and evangelize the product vision across the organization, build a prioritized roadmap, and make actionable progress towards that visionGather insights from numerous sources – metrics, member feedback, customer research, competitive analysis etc. and then translate their user needs into deliverable product requirementsWorking with UX, QA, Content and Software Development teams to bring new products to marketWorking with product marketing to execute marketing plans; analyzing performance post launch with QA and Analytics teams; and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the software.Use data to identify content gaps and collaborate with the content team to support content acquisition/productionWork as part of a team to understand the relationships between different content types and create a content strategy plan.We are looking for leaders with a thirst for challenge and a passion for delighting members.
