Sr Sales Analyst

The OpportunityIn this position you will be part of the Sales team, and you are responsible for supporting Mattel South Africa sales and marketing team.Your primary responsibilities are to:Develop and maintain sales and inventory reports, dashboards and key performance indicators to track effectiveness of sales activities and inventory levelsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to evaluate the effectiveness of reports, generate insights and execute necessary updatesAssisting in maintenance of sales forecasting file and support on uploading monthly sales forecast of customersAssisting in maintenance of product split template for sales team and responsible for maintenanceAssisting in sharing weekly customer sales-out (POS) data with sales intelligence platform (Tableau)Assisting with analyzing of data and finding gaps in listings, stock availability.Assisting in product listing to customers in terms of legal documentation and shipment customizationConduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting to support various business initiativesMonthly update of Sales DashboardOnline Maintenance and Overall sales Support
