Description: Job Title: Sr Spec, Engrg Services Job Code: IMS20211910-71272 Job Location: Greenville, Texas Job Description: The Engineering Services Specialist provides support to the Director of Agile Development Engineering (ADE) and the teams that comprise the ADE Department. The position requires frequent interfacing with the ADE Director, Managers, Supervisors and senior team members, and also, with external organizations such as Program Management, Program Controls and Project Engineering. The person fulfilling the position is a key representative of the Director and the Department. Essential Functions: Manage contract budgets (to include initial funding, change requests, monthly forecasting and Formal Estimates at Completion),

Support bids and proposals

Track departmental overhead expenditure

Communicate with contacts inside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures

Understand contract budgetary and performance terms such as Budget, Actuals, ETC, EAC, Earned Value, EAC Variance

Perform other duties as required

Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience

OR Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

OR Associates Degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Preferred Additional Skills:

Secret Clearance

Understand mathematical concepts related to cost estimating and project cost performance

Proficient in Excel, including mastery of pivot tables and charts

Ability to multi-task and have strong organizational skills

Aptitude to innovate ways to improve organizational and team processes as well as enjoys a dynamic work environment

Team player who likes solving problems

Self-directed, self-organizing, and able to prioritize work effectively

Experience with the Engineering Tools suite, including Labor Tracking System (LTS), AR Database (ARDB), Interchange, PWA Generator

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.
