Job Title: Sr Supervisor, Operations Mgmt Job Code: 9733 Job Location: Greenville, TX Schedule: 9/80 Alt, with every other Friday off Job Description: The Sr Supervicor, Business Analyst will join a dynamic, fast passed organization and provide financial support and management in a matrixed organization. The supervisor will oversee the an Operations analyst group and will work with business partners throughout the organization to drive financial results, as well as work with the leadership team to identify risks and opportunities to financial goals and plans. This supervisor will also be responsible for the rollup forecasting for their areas, developing and maintaining metrics and charts, and providing explanations to deviation to forecast, which requires advanced excel skills. Essential Functions:

Supervise analyst and provide clear direction and expectations

Collect data, allocate costs, and prepare reports that augment the company's cost accounting system.

Ensure that costs are allocated according to established procedures.

Gather historical cost data on such activities as material purchases, labor, equipment depreciation, repairs, assembly, operating expenses, etc.

Investigate cost structures for new and existing areas of the company.

Price new services or products by developing unit costs and projecting expenses.

Prepare reports that compare budgets with actual expenses. May prepare existing or projected profitability analyses.

Compile and review budgets for corporate or organizational units using actual performance, previous budget figures, estimated revenue, expense reports, and other data sources to control funds and provide for proper financial administration.

Prepare financial plans, monitor implementation of financial policies

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance, which requires US citizenship.

Must have basic knowledge of Excel, Access, Microsoft Word applications.

Must have good communication skills.

Must be able to work independently for short durations.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Soft skills (I.E. Proficient in MS Office, Strong communication…)
