1st shift hours are Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM.

Starting pay for this position is $16.19 an hour.

Job Summary:The Large Power Systems Division (LPSD) in Hodges, SC has an opening as a Mold Maker on 1st shift. In this role, you will perform a variety of functions from operating molding assets, setting cores, closing molds, making cores or operation of shakeout equipment. Candidates will also be required lock out equipment to clean and perform setups.Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Mold making

Core setting

Mold closing

Shakeout operation

Core-make

Basic Qualifications:

At least 3 months of assembly or manufacturing experience

Top Candidates will also have:

At least 6 months of assembly or manufacturing experience

Previous foundry experience

Computer skills

Problem solving and decision-making

Good communication skills

Ability to work with others in a team environment

Ability to learn all aspects of job assignments
