Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Staffing Coordinator Assistant in Columbia, Maryland. This role is primarily focused on recruitment within the healthcare industry, and will involve extensive communication and organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential hires, maintaining records, and assisting the Lead Staffing Coordinator. Responsibilities: Execute recruitment strategies and conduct outreach to potential hires through phone calls and other communication methods. Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Assist the Lead Staffing Coordinator in various tasks to ensure smooth operation of the recruitment process. Utilize MS Excel to manage and organize data and information in a systematic manner. Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly, providing satisfactory solutions whenever possible. Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary actions based on the observations. Be comfortable working under pressure to meet weekly metrics and numbers. Credentialing and other related duties as required. Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Utilize MS Word, MS Outlook, and Email for communication and document preparation purposes. Requirements Proven experience in Recruiting is required. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook is essential. Ability to Compose Correspondence effectively. Experience in managing Email communications efficiently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job. Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
