System Testing Analyst (Hybrid)

• Provide service for multiple clients, including onsite service where needed
• Make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities
• Track quality assurance metrics
• Participate in the design phase of projects to ensure that new or modified functions are developed using correct testing methodology

• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• 5 years of IT experience to include experience developing test plans and/or matrices
• Experience with:
  • Test development/design
  • Executing tests/traceability
  • Business validation, defect management
  • Quality Center, defect tracking tools
  • MS Office, Azure, Waterfall
  • Agile with some mainframe
  • GUI front-end
  • Java or web testing
• Health insurance experience is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, OR other job-related degree
