Team Leader

We are looking to grow our Newcastle team and an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to help us achieve this goal. You will provide leadership and direction to your team of rehabilitation consultants, and engage with customers, whilst maintaining a caseload of your own. Your key responsibilities will include:Providing leadership and coaching to consultants Overseeing the team's performance and qualityBuilding strong relationships with customer and other stakeholdersExploring new opportunities and growth areasUndertaking a range of assessments and case work
