The Technical Sourcer will be responsible for understanding, researching, finding, uploading/updating, and assigning 20+ employee and employer prospect data records per day that meet the IT Pros client and company requirements and standards.Additional Responsibilities:Master boolean search to uncover relevant employer and employee dataTalent map various tech-focused websites including Google, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, AngelList, GitHub, BuiltIn, Layoffs.fyi, etc. for relevant data captureUtilize various lead generation software to identify email and phone contact informationFollow the IT Pros' sourcing quality standardsFollow the Client's (Employer) requirementsAssign profiles to recruitmentContribute to reviewing and implementing new toolsDaily participation in team projects
