We re looking for a Technical Training Analyst for a hybrid role in Columbia, SC. If you re looking for a new opportunity, apply today! Key Responsibilities: - Promote blended learning solutions and the use of innovative technology and tools to meet business goals
- Contribute expertise as a member of high-level IS functional committees focused on developing a high-performing workforce
- Collaborate with and/or lead committees with cross-functional subject matter experts and managers to assess emerging and existing training needs, appropriate performance metrics, and align with business goals
- Interact with technical vendors when researching customizable IT educational solutions for possible offerings
Skills & Qualifications: - Business analyst experience with focus on training analysis and Instructional design experience
- Must be a good communicator who can work in a professional environment, as this role will be working with high level executives
- Project management skills are a plus
- Azure boards is a plus but can be trained
Education/Certification: - Bachelor's or master's degree instructional technology, computer science, information systems, education, or other job-related field
