Tree Seedling Sorting Staff

Full-time work between October 6th to mid-December 2025.

Hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday

Earning potential up to $20.25/hour.

$18.25 per hour base wage, plus up to $2.00 per hour attendance bonus. See Attendance Bonus details below.

Attendance Pay Bonus

Subject to eligibility criteria described below, a Weekly Attendance Bonus of $2.00 per hour will be paid on every pay check.

Weekly Attendance Bonus Eligibility Criteria:

Each week, employees will have a chance to qualify for the weekly attendance bonus. To be eligible for the weekly attendance bonus, employees must have perfect attendance for all five-weekday work shifts (Monday through Friday) with no late shows or other absences from scheduled work time. Eligible employees will be paid an extra $2.00/hour for every hour worked to a maximum of 42.5 hours per week.

On the Job Training

Training will be provided during workplace orientation and during the course of employment.
