East West Maintenance LLC is looking for vendors to provide property preservation and repair services in Columbia, North Carolina. We are a growing company committed to delivering high-quality services.

Services Needed:

Landscaping (Grass cuts, lawn care, trimming, etc.)

Securing

Lockouts/Evictions

Trash outs/Debris Removal

Winterizations

Minor repairs

Roofing (Tarp, repair, replace)

Requirements:

Valid ABC number ( Must IC01)

General liability insurance ($1 million)

E&O Insurance

Proper communication through phone/email

Ability to document work with photos

Must have necessary tools/equipment

Payment:

Direct deposit and Fast Pay (every 2 weeks)
