Hiring for a talented and reliable White Glove Delivery Operations Manager for the Charleston SC market.

Job Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a lead member of 26ft box truck delivering and installing furniture, home appliances, outdoor equipment, and other relevant residential big and bulky items.

A track record of low damage claims and ability to coach crews on how to mitigate claims losses.

Ability to travel within the market, do ride alongs with crews, customer follow ups on potential damage claims or complaints.

Ability to manage crew tools and equipment inventory of straps, tools, hand trucks, etc. Make sure crews always have what they need to work efficiently.

Ability to interview, train, and manage a territory of at least 8 trucks with 2 man crews.

Ability to communicate affectively between dispatchers and truck crews regarding daily routes and operations.

Highschool Diploma/GED Certificate

Ability to pass pre employment drug/alcohol screening and pass scheduled/random ongoing drug/alcohol screens.
