• Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship
• Responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware
• Provide technical support and guidance to users
• Monitor/update dispatch system and works incoming tickets as assigned
• Provide troubleshooting, technical support and development of end-user guidelines

• 2 years of technical operations support experience
• Ability to:
  • Provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software
  • Provide on-the-spot training to users
  • Make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements
• Understands operating systems imaging concepts
• Familiarity with computer and workstation equipment

• Associate degree in computer science, information technology OR other job-related field
• A+ Certification
