About the RoleAs the Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of daily transactions, including revenue and expense capture, invoicing & purchase orders.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance across all vehicle purchases and sales, managing registrations, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the wider team in delivering outstanding results.Key ResponsibilitiesStock & ComplianceAccurately enter all stock into Eclipse via Eval Expert.Conduct PPSR checks on every vehicle to ensure no encumbrances, stolen, or written-off status.Verify all build and compliance dates align with Eval and invoices before uploading to the virtual yard.Generate contract documents from Offer to Purchase forms in collaboration with Sales.Vehicle Transactions & DeliveryConfirm all cars are fully paid before delivery and coordinate settlements.Liaise with the Sales Manager to coordinate customer deliveries and complete necessary checks.Generate final invoices, delivery documentation, and ensure vehicle transfers/registrations are completed.General Administration & Office ManagementEnsure the showroom and office are clean, well-presented, and fully stocked with amenities.Verify all invoices are accurate and charged correctly — no duplicate or overcharges.Support the Sales Manager with administrative and operational tasks.Manage the “New Stock Arrivals” WhatsApp chat — updating stock cards, PPSR status, registration status, and tracking compliance progress.Run errands as required, including post office, bank, or transport office tasks.
