Featuring an elegant and poetic take on the elements of modern design meets Swiss craftsmanship, Arches on Market echoes the Palm Court Bars of old, offering an oasis to travellers and locals alike. What you will be doing:Mastery of our full product offering (cocktails, food, wine, spirits, beer) to ensure outstanding guest experienceExecute our signature cocktails and classic cocktails to house specification in a timely and skilled mannerTake ownership of the guest experience through the flawless delivery of service and immaculate attention to detail Responsibilities and duties (but not limited to):Ensure efficient, hospitable and professional service is provided to all guests and clients.Support the Arches Bar Management team in overall operations of the bar.This role requires the availability to work late evenings, weekdays, weekend and public holidays.
