Business Tax - Senior Consultant

Main PurposeTo support Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project. Key Responsibilities:Compliance and ReportingPrepares or reviews corporate income tax returnsConducts research on tax regimes in local and other tax jurisdictions in which clients operateTax Advisory and ConsultingResearches and prepares draft client reports under the guidance of senior staff and project managementTax AccountingPrepares tax provisions using technical skills to accurately complete calculations and follow Firm policies and proceduresAssists with tax accrual reviews on audit clientsTax Controversy ManagementResearches tax authority audit/appeals process and prepares draft reports to be presented before the tax authorities in tax audits/administrative appeals
