Strong customer service oriented professional that is responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships with both internal and external customers. Possess flexibility within a team environment or individually with minimal supervision in a fast paced culture.

Position with be 2nd Shift: 1pm - 9:30pm Professional etiquette dealing both face to face communication as well as via telephone and email

Heavy telephone and email communication to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and update when deviations occur

Daily customer order pick creation

Entry level material planning Communication with both internal and external customers

Drive to seek resolution to variances by going to the source

Transportation scheduling for both daily and expedite services utilizing customer websites and freight forwarding websites

Office duties: filing, faxing, scanning

Maintain and abide by records retention procedures per Central Directives

Knowledge of what an escalation processes is and reasons

Ability to problem solve utilizing the 5 Why's or 8D formats

A team player that can effectively back up others as needed
