Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Clerk to join our Global Logistics - Industrials Division based atKooragang Island, NSW. Working Monday to Friday, you will maintain efficient and effective service delivery to customers and the business team. This will be achieved through valuable customer service, delivery of SAP generated customer orders, reporting and administrative duties.

As the Dispatch Clerk, you will be:

  • Monitoring, triaging andand actioning emails and calls form internal and external customers.
  • Efficiently complete and maintaindata integrity inSAP and GOLD.
  • Ensure receipt of cylinders into yard and checkdrivers return documentation accuracy.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety and recordall hazards/incidents identified into TRAC.
  • Daily compliance calls with the Fuels/Gases customers focusing on driver's times and justification of any non compliance matters.
  • Fleet maintenance - Packaged and Bulk.

    Qualifications

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • Proven experience in a similar role within the Logistics/Transport Industry.
    • High attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
    • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
    • Previous experience with SAP would be preferred but not essential, as full traiing provided.
    • Computer literacy:MS Office Suite - Intermediate skills.
    • The ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
