Food & Beverage Team Leader

The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who is not afraid to get their hands dirty. You are passionate about all things food and beverage and committed to providing an ultimate guest experience across varying shifts including weekdays, nights and the weekend. You will have experience in similar venues providing a high level of customer service and are interested in growing your career in hospitality within a global organization.Your responsibilities as a Team Leader will include helping build and nurture a new team of food and beverage attendants. Assisting the restaurant management team in operations and general training. Helping maintain good relationships with other staff and building great team morale. Assisting in the provision of all mise-en-place for the dining room and helping oversee the delivery of service. Making sure our guests' expectations are always exceeded.
