Guest Experience Attendant

NRMA South West Rocks Holiday Resort is seeking a Guest Experience Attendant to join our team and help deliver engaging activities through our Kids Club and family entertainment program.As a Guest Experience Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable holiday experiences for our guests. From facilitating Kids Club activities and games to supporting resort events and family entertainment, you'll help ensure every guest leaves with lasting memories.What You'll Be DoingDelivering fun, engaging and age-appropriate Kids Club activitiesCreating positive and memorable experiences for children and familiesHosting games, arts and crafts, outdoor activities and special eventsEnsuring the safety and wellbeing of all participating childrenProviding exceptional customer service to guestsAssisting with resort entertainment and guest engagement initiativesSupporting the wider resort team when requiredAbout YouA friendly, energetic and outgoing personalityExperience working with children, recreation programs, hospitality or tourism is highly desirableStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to engage confidently with children, families and guests from diverse backgroundsReliable, organised and able to work independently and as part of a teamAvailable to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periodsEssential RequirementsValid NSW Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work in a fast-paced guest-focused environmentWhat’s in it for you?
