What We Offer - Your Role:Thrive in a dynamic, high-impact role where your drive and passion make a difference! We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative - South Eastern Europe to join our team in Horní Počernice (Prague), offering a flexible hybrid working model. As a key member of our Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials team  (label.averydennison.com), you'll report directly to our Country Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our success in South Eastern Europe.Your Mission:Strategize & Innovate: Use your sales and marketing expertise to discover and nurture promising business opportunities in South Eastern Europe (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Bulgaria, i.a.), turning them into long-term partners.Connect & Cultivate: Build authentic relationships with a diverse customer base through various outreach methods (mailings, networking events, trade shows), and occasional travel (less than 5%) alongside our sales team.Collaborate & Empower: Be a valued teammate, supporting your colleagues and manager by showcasing our company's strengths and fostering strong customer connections.Learn & Grow: Gain firsthand knowledge of our manufacturing processes and collaborate with our supply chain experts to ensure top-notch service for your customers.
