Job Placement Consultant

We are seeking individuals with a background in Employment Services or Disability Employment interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Sydney Metro area.As a Job Placement Consultant, you will take your existing experience to a new level supporting clients living with illness, disability, or injury return to work or obtain new employment and live the best life they can! You will undertake a variety of activities including:Work collaboratively with injured workers, potential employers, and your internal team of allied health professionals to provide safe, sustainable opportunities for workers to re-enter the workforce;Contribute to injured workers ability to achieve return to work goals through job skills development, confidence building and promoting independence;Apply and deliver customer service in employment services and job placement;Empower clients to effectively present their skills and abilities when seeking employment;Broker new employment or work experience opportunities in remote and regional areas which in turn, provide a swift re-engagement into employment for workers who have been detached from the workplace;Build strong relationships with local employers and organisations;Assist in developing written Labour Market Research reports and brokering vocational programs that support return to work outcomes.
