Full time Mon-Fri. No Nights, no weeknds, no holidays, no on call.

Must have good work ethic and be a self starter. You will work alone most of the time completeing work orders.

Be a "Jack of all Trades" carpentry, plumbing, light mechanicals and grounds keeping.

You will be maintaining the most beautiful Mobile Home Park in Sioux Falls.

Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check, have a valid drivers license, and be able to be insured to drive our company vehicles and equipment.
