Maintenance Specialist - Part-time

Perform general facility and equipment maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as some vehicle maintenance and general handyman tasks.Perform construction-related tasks as needed, including minor electrical, plumbing and HVAC work and troubleshooting.Assist with grounds maintenance, including sidewalk snow removal and deicing. Removes and disposes trash following the appropriate procedureWalks through the facility to assure the equipment and related fixtures are performing effective and efficientlyPerforms other duties as assigned
