This position is responsible for the implementation of primary goals, operating plans, policies and short/long range objectives for the Client Service Department of the business unit.JOB FUNCTIONSFacilitates client concerns and requests and communicates to appropriate personnelManage Client Service Department to maintain or improve efficiency and quality of laboratoryCommunicate necessary changes or information to department personnel.Ensures procedures are performed accurately and consistently throughout the Client Service DepartmentHires personnel, determines technical training needs of personnel and oversees all employee related issuesConducts employee performance reviews and provides ongoing guidance for continued employee developmentEvaluate client concerns, complaints and trends Recommend changes to accommodate client needs to ensure customer satisfactionMaintains confidentiality of both client and company protocolsEnsures that the Quality Management System is implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 17025 standard
