Salary $55-60k AUD

12 Month Fixed Term Role

To take ownership of visual branding requirements and work with the Global Marketing Director, graphic design team and broader marketing team to design and deliver marketing assets. Ensure these promote CAPA products and services and maintain our brand and values. The role will also be required to providemarketing support.

  • Manage the development of visual assets to support multi-channel marketing programmes and campaigns which will promote CAPA and CTC products and services plus those of our partners and sponsors. This includes working with the relevant stakeholders to:
    • Develop asset order list (e.g. landing pages, social tiles, banners etc.) and brand requirements;
    • Determine timelines for delivery of assets;
    • Ensure look and feel of assets aligns with creative copy and drives action;
    • Develop visual concepts and brief in requirements with graphic team and/or develop designs from conceptulisation to completion.
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials (e.g. flyers, presentation templates etc). This could include:
    • Ensuring assets are current and accurate;
    • Coordinating the creation of new materials;
    • Sharing internally - communicate any updates to management and relevant stakeholders (e.g. sales / event teams) to encourage use of these assets.
  • Act as the guardian of the CAPA brand plus associated brands to ensure consistency of brand elements across all formats and platforms.
  • Edit marketing material and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage strategy, calendar and inventory for advertising channels.
  • Provide marketing support while working as an effective, collaborative team member.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Graphic Design or relevant field.
  • 2+ years minimum relevant experience.
  • Highly creativewith advanced level of experience designing digital assets (email, social, display and web banners).
  • Deep knowledge of theAdobe Creative Suite and other industry standard design tools.
  • Demonstrated experience in typography, composition, colour, photography, interactive graphics.
  • A strong understanding of current digital design standards and best practices.
  • Advanced experience of email best practices, mobile and design trends.
  • Strong knowledge of social media best practices and platform specifications.
  • Strong ability to interpret a creative concept in to easily digestible and engaging digital design across websites, landing pages, mobile, apps, banners, and email campaigns.
  • Video editing &animation capabilities will be highly regarded.

Additional Information

Additional required skills:

  • Experience in taking ownership and leading projects from conception to execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Team player able to suggest present ideas & concepts, technologies that may help solve challenges.
  • Ability to look across multiple briefs and projects and drive improvements during development for a consistent experience overall.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Mailchimp, Acton orothers.
  • Flexible, can-do attitude at all times with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently &within a team.
  • Project management experience will be highly regarded.
