Conducting regular business activities in person and virtually with Franchisee to coach franchise performance, business planning and business development. Working closely with each Franchisee to assist with local area marketing, training, recruitment, and retention programs. Implement best practice, benchmarking, and performance management across the franchise portfolio for achievement of settlement amount to budget. Providing regular updates on the franchisee portfolio and presenting on franchisee performance. Increase footprint of the region by increasing the number of franchises in the region. Develop a pipeline of high quality prospective new franchisees through both proactive infield recruitment activities and networking with suitable high quality candidates for a potential channel progression. Other responsibilities including coordinating quarterly forums, inducting Aussie Franchisees, and maintaining a two-way communication channel between the Franchisee and Aussie on franchise issues, policies, and procedures.
