As a key member of our kitchen leadership, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to create exceptional Greek and Mediterranean dishes while managing daily kitchen operations.Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, development, and implementation of Greek and Mediterranean cuisineOversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentationTrain, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain efficient and productive workflowsManage inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets to optimize profitabilityEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environmentCollaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and overall dining experienceStep in for the Executive Chef when necessary, demonstrating strong leadership skillsContribute creative ideas to improve menu offerings and kitchen processes
