Here is what you will be doing:Lead and deliver architectural discipline involvement across data centre projects, ensuring effective coordination and quality outcomesDevelop comprehensive design solutions for data centre infrastructure, including detailed calculations, technical drawings, and engineering reportsConduct thorough design reviews and ensure compliance with design briefs, technical specifications, and industry standardsManage design coordination across architecture and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated and cohesive solutionsSupervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on design methodologies and best practicesIndependently execute all tasks necessary to complete design works, from concept through to detailed documentation and construction administrationPrepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, construction drawings, and as-built recordsLiaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate design intent and resolve technical queriesEnsure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and data centre industry standardsParticipate in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design outputsReview and approve construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards
