Specialized Maintenance Technician

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIESDirectly support the assembly lines by troubleshooting components using various techniques.Monitor equipment by logging in to the devices to observe functionality.Performs periodic checks and takes preventive measures to assure the most effective equipment utilization.Analyze equipment/machine problems, perform repairs, and implement corrective actions to ensure root cause is eliminated permanently.Receive and provide proper turnovers to next shift personnel as required. Participate and lead projects focused on OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) improvement and machine stability.Demonstrate self-initiative by generating new projects by suggesting improvements and managing workload.Become a subject matter expert for certain topics (based on interest), develop training material, and train appropriate personnel.Maintain a clean and orderly work area and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
