Territory Manager

In Australia, Danone has a strong presence across yoghurt, dairy, plant‑based, and specialised nutrition categories, with well‑known local brands such as YoPRO, Activia, and Danone Ultimate.Driven by a mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible, Danone combines global expertise with a deep commitment to sustainability, innovation, and supporting local communities.In this role, you will represent Danone in the Independent Grocery channel, working across Greater Sydney with occasional  travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Southern Highlands & Wollongong. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with stores and multi‑site operators (MSOs) to drive distribution and sales, increasing market share and category performance of Danone’s iconic brands through opportunity‑based selling.Key Responsibilities

    Growing distribution ranging through sell in of core and NPD products

    Negotiation of greater shelf space in store to leverage market share

    Maximising upcoming and current promotional activity

    Driving sales results

    Managing a territory and developing strong store relationships

    Implementation of layouts

    Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.
