Account Manager / Client Relationship Manager

• Prior account management, client service/support, project or program management experience
• Prior recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and/or general staffing industry experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and strong relationship building experience
• Demonstrated excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Demonstrated organizational and analytical skills

• Detail oriented, results focused
• Ability to learn and master new software at the transaction level
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, highly flexible environment
• Ability to assume responsibility and work with limited direction

• Experience working with or for the Government (City, State or Federal)
• Vendor Management System (VMS) experience
• Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience
• Small business experience
