Description:This role is primarily responsible for cash deposits, GL posting, and accounts receivable. Additional responsibilities include managing customer phone calls and walk-ins, order office supplies, and any other duties that are assigned by management. Responsibilities: Receive cash from the Parts, Service, and Rental Departments daily to prepare for the daily deposit Contact past due A/R customers regarding payment and investigating circumstances of non-payment Update receivables by coordinating and monitoring daily sales order processing and bank remittance transactions Maintain an accurate aging report weekly. Process Cash Customer refunds Provide A/R customers with account information and copies of statement activity, as requested Scan accounting documents and save into Docstar.
