The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in complex reconciliation and supervising the work of Senior Accountants for month end close.Job Description:The successful applicant will play a vital role in various accounting and financial control functions, including reconciliation, month-end close processes, reviewing the work of others and posting entries. This position demands a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and excellent organizational skills.Primary Responsibilities:
Perform complex reconciliation tasks
Oversee month-end closing procedures and checklists, ensuring on-time completion
Perform standard month-end variance analysis
Accurately post entries as needed, maintaining compliance with internal controls and policies
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and large ERP software
Proven solid understanding and experience performing complex reconciliations
Preferred Skills:
Previous work experience managing a team of accountants
