Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity in Jacksboro, Tennessee, for an Accounts Payable Clerk. As a crucial member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and processing invoices, maintaining vendor contacts, and handling data entry tasks. This role is a significant part of our financial operations in the industry. This position is part-time, 24 hours a week, 3 days a week. You will have Mondays and Fridays off! Contract role for up to 6-8 weeks. Responsibilities: Efficiently process and manage customer credit applications. Handle account reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy. Execute data entry tasks, focusing on invoice processing. Maintain and update the general ledger system. Regularly interact with vendors via email and phone. Utilize specific software for certain tasks. Code invoices with precision and attention to detail. Perform three-way matching tasks for invoices.
