Description We are bringing in an Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. The selected candidate will be entrusted with the management of office supplies, ensuring the smooth operation of our workspace, and providing support in maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Oversee the inventory of office supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available and restocked as needed. Take charge of ordering office supplies, maintaining a balance between cost-effectiveness and meeting the office's needs. Ensure the break room is properly stocked with snacks for the team's convenience. Manage printing stations by ensuring they are well-stocked with notepads and other necessary materials. Play a crucial role in maintaining the general flow of the office, contributing to an organized and productive work environment. Assist in addressing and resolving any in-office inquiries or issues that may arise. Take responsibility for processing applications and maintaining accurate records. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Provide support in other administrative tasks as required. Requirements Proficiency in ordering office supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available when needed Experience in restocking office supplies, keeping track of inventory, and maintaining an organized workspace Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective coordination within the team and with external parties Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is desired.
