Analyst - Risk Change Management

My direct Financial Client in Nashville,TN is looking for a Risk Change Management Analyst.

• Capture business requirements, analyze, and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications
• Work with Functional Architects and other Business Analysts to ensure solutions are fit for purpose
• Coordinate with IT on the design and testing of solutions
• Organize user acceptance testing
• Quantitative discipline, banking and finance, or relevant work experience is a plus
• Knowledge of risk methodology, quantitative analysis, treasury, or finance related topics is preferred
• Familiarity to project development/project management approaches
• Experience with Credit Risk is also a plus
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies is preferred
• Experience with UI Design, gathering requirements and capturing User Stories
• Experience with creating mock-up or wireframes. Strong documentation skills writing business requirements.
