Application Support Analyst II
What We Need FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire an Application Support Analyst within our IT division. This position falls under our North American Fuel line of business. In this role, you will be a hands-on team member that has the capability to support end user business systems in our application portfolio. In this role your duties will include collaborating with colleagues, performing process and technical troubleshooting. In addition to documents problems end users are experiencing and gathers information necessary for problem resolution. Follows established procedures to determine end user problem priority and business risk. May interact with production control, software systems engineering and/or application development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Escalates complex, non-routine incidents to more experience IT teams. You will report directly to Catrina Thomas and regularly collaborate with the IT department. - Performing analysis and troubleshooting of software application functionality. Flexibility to manage multiple initiatives and shift priority based on business needs.
- Consulting with the IT teams, business solutions team, internal users, and external vendors to resolve user reported issue.
- Supporting analysts address, resolve, or escalate issues and requests in a timely manner through management of support queues in help desk ticketing system (ServiceNow).
- Assisting other analysts in finding root causes of application errors as needed and escalate to other technical teams when appropriate.
- Facilitating knowledge sharing between support analysts to ensure cross functional application support.
- Providing front-end support to internal and external users of enterprise applications.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work within a large array of enterprise applications.
- Flexibility to manage multiple initiatives and shift priority.
- Creative problem-solver with strong focus on achieving objectives within timelines while maintaining quality standards and organization requirements.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
- Hands on experience with enterprise applications - Salesforce, HOST, ICD, Oracle & ServiceNow preferred.
- Medium to high-level Microsoft Office 365 computer skills
- Quick to learn new systems and products.
- Must be a self-motivated professional who is dedicated to assist the customer in a tactful manner, even in the most stressful of circumstances.
- The position may require work outside of normal business hours in response to critical incidents or business-impacting project deliverables.
