Job Title: Application Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-month+

Compensation: Highly competitive and negotiable

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination and development of assigned Grad School applications. Assist with or lead the design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of new and legacy systems as well as educational programs for the Grad School. Through ongoing educational and informal relationships, the Applications Analyst will stay current with the Grad School applications, administrative applications, financial practice and will incorporate this knowledge into future system planning and deployment.
Qualifications:

We are looking for an Application Analyst who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, being the go-to person, and being part of a team that is customer-service focused. This individual will be supporting St. Jude's Graduate School faculty, staff, and students and their portfolio of applications such as:

1. CampusNexus (Anthology)

2. CollegeNet

3. Canvas

4. Watermark Suite of applications

5. Integrations between applications

This person will help craft training documentation and seminars to help individuals understand changes to existing applications and how to use new applications. The individual will be assisting the Sr. Analyst in supporting the Grad School with its Information Technology needs. At times, the Applications Analyst will need to create/modify customized reports for reporting and data analysis.
