Apriso Technical Lead Springville, TN Job Description Project Analysis: Driving the elicitation and building of business, functional and technical requirements (e.g. Requirement Specification URS) Driving the design specification phase and building the design specification document (e.g. Functional Design Specification) Project execution: Work in conjunction with Project Management to create project schedule, identify tasks and assignment to resources Unique point of contact from the technical team to report on tasks advancement Capable of delegating work assignments, technical leads may also collaborate with colleagues to identify and repair technical issues Lead resolution of technical issues, including software development, product releases, and engineering tasks. Evaluate their team's work processes and best practices and implement changes to streamline operations Owns the validation process, including building the validation tests (Test Specification/Validation Specification document) Lead end-user training and MES solution acceptance (execution of Functional Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test documentation) Create service goals for team; ensuring current applications are updated and align with the implementation of new applications and analyzing end users' needs. Develop troubleshooting MES implementation logic/front end logic (e.g. integration with 3rd Party systems such as ERP and automation) and overall supervision of system modifications. Must Have - 1- Hands-on experience in Apriso 2- MES implementation, Apriso Process Builder, Apriso Standard Operations, 3- C# .Net, Java Script, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures 4- Provide Daily reports CIP's (data analysis and Pareto), 5- Problem Solving method 6- Communicate project processes, progress by interacting with the customers to support customer expectations and support customer adoption General skill for all 1 - Self-motivated, hands-on leader with a willingness to deliver results, 2 Safety behavior 3 lean manufacturing knowledge (Troubleshoot and analysis process) 4 good communication 5 - Train and assist equipment operators, maintenance technicians in areas of responsibility
