My husband and I run a small family business in Cleveland and are looking for some part-time help. We make lights for the marine industry and this role would include assembly and boxing. We would train you in soldering, working with resin, and small hand tools. No prior experience is necessary but a willingness to learn and attention to detail is very important. Once you are comfortable working autonomously we are incredibly flexible with hours and days. You will often be the only person in the shop so listening to your favorite music or podcasts is totally fine.
Starting pay $16 an hour with room to grow quickly with desire to pick up other tasks like shipping etc. and demonstrated skill. 1099 only.
