Assistant to Lead Installer- Bath & Shower Installation Company

We are a spa bath and shower installation company looking for a person to fill the role as assistant to the lead installer. This is a part-time position. 2-3 days per week to start. Position can eventually become full-time.

Requirements:

Must be willing to take direction

Get jobs done quickly and efficiently

Able to lift 75+ lbs

Able to keep a clean work space

Quick on your feet

Problem solver

Positive mental attitude

Own transportation

Ability to travel outside city of Nashville for jobs

Willing to drug test/ We are a drug free workplace

No experience needed. We are willing to train the right person.

Ideally, we want somebody who is eager to learn in order to advance and take on more responsibilities and grow with the company. (=earn more )

Advancement opportunity to grow into a lead installer position.

Construction or Plumbing experience is a plus.

Job:

2-3 jobs per week to start.

Each job is completed in one day, approximately 8 hours.

Occasionally a job will take up to 10 hours.

Weekly pay.

We pay by the job.

Pay ranges between $200 - $300 per job DOE

Pay averages out to $20 - $30 per hour
