- Minimum 12+ years of experience
- Coordinate with customer, vendors, application and business owners
- Perform Root Cause Analysis, Identify improvement opportunities and Implement Best practices
- Create and manage technical architectures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Lead/Mentor/Coach team members
- Be part of 24x7 Oncall roster, flexible on work schedule
- Indepth knowledge of ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Release Management)
- Expertise in Cloud and Hybrid solutions using Azure and MS 365
- Experience in Azure Security
- Extensive experience on planning, configuration, optimization and deployment of MS Azure solutions (AD, VM, Backup/recovery, automation, etc.)
- Experience in Infrastructure as a Code, Terraform
- Experience in PowerShell and Azure CLI
- In depth understanding on public/private/hybrid cloud concepts IaaS/PaaS/SaaS/DaaS
