job detailsBookkeepers record financial transactions into organized accounts on a daily basis. They may also collect, organize, and store financial records like cash flow statements, reconciliation statements, and profit and loss statements. If this sounds like you please reach out with when you can interview this week.salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: No Degree RequiredResponsibilitiesAssist Senior Accountants in month-end process to include preparing journal entries,research and data entry Prepares financial statements and supporting schedules Compiles compensation calculations for payroll submission, including reconciling tocontracted requirements Oversees contract/billing accounts receivable invoices in accordance with contractspecifications Manages A/R balances which includes contacting clients regarding past due invoicesand preparing aging report for management review. Works with Treasury departmentto correct payment posting errors and identify unapplied payments. Code accounts payable invoices and corresponding AP research Assist analyst with compensation calculations and review as needed Completes special projects and other tasks as assigned by managementSkills
